Agility Law Group acted for a liquidator of a company that had previously traded using a trust. The company had been removed as trustee upon going into liquidation. The liquidator had identified assets in the name of the company as trustee, which required court orders before the assets could be dealt with.

Doug Bartholomew appeared in the Federal Court of Australia before Justice Derrington who made order in favour of the liquidator.
