Janel Pearce

Janel spent most of her career working in national and mid-tier law firms and has over 16 years of experience in litigation, debt recovery and insolvency.  This includes acting for a number of banking and financial institutions in respect of secured and unsecured debt recovery and mortgage recovery services.  

Janel is actively involved in most litigation and insolvency proceedings ensure that our clients and stakeholders are informed of the status of their proceedings and providing options available.  

Janel prides herself on personally connecting with clients and providing them with support as well as advice, and she is fundamentally focused on achieving pragmatic, timely, and cost-effective resolutions to civil disputes.  

As our Recoveries Manager, Janel is responsible for managing our debt recovery workflows and assisting in team administration functions.
